 Learn about mindfulness, techniques, and how it is useful. Mindfulness gives us a pause before responding and helps center our emotions, regulate and respond calmly.

Working Mom Group

Unload and use skills to manage issues to working mothers and elderly caregivers such as returning to work, parenting balance, home responsibilities, dementia care and stress.

Self-esteem Building

girls group ages 10-12

Middle school is often a time of turbulence. This group focuses self care, being your authentic self, mindfulness and confidence building activities.
